A 20,000 square feet renovation of office space on two floors on Boston's waterfront. The project featured an interior ornamental glass/metal connecting staircase and custom millwork. New office and workspaces were created along with the installation of telecommunication services, executive bathrooms and office finishes. Work was carefully coordinated so as not to disturb the neighboring tenants' business operations.
