Metcalf & Eddy anchors this 160,000 s/f new suburban office building at 701 Edgewater Drive in Wakefield, MA. Occupying 95,000 s/f of the building, this state-of-the-art office space is now their world headquarters as designed by ADD Inc Architects of Cambridge, MA.
The project involved construction of an executive wing, office space, kitchens, conference rooms, and a double height reception area with a dramatic internal staircase. The facility also includes a computer facility and server room, which is just being completed. |
