Martini completed preconstruction and construction services for the base building rehabilitation and exterior restoration of a landmark Boston building. Located in Back Bay, this 10-story, 94,000 square foot base building upgrade and tenant fit-up required extensive MEP upgrades. In addition, the historic exterior limestone facade was restored.
The project was completed on an accelerated schedule while working around the requirements of one of the building's tenants, a premier Boston restaurant.
