This complex project included a complete upgrade and renovation to the existing 92,000 s/f store on an accelerated schedule to meet the client's seasonal sales needs. An adjacent 18,700 s/f store was demolished allowing for Lord & Taylor's retail space expansion. The renovation included special decorative plaster formed ceilings, the removal of an entire bay for installation of new escalators, and a total MEP upgrade.
