| This comprehensive renovation included a complete MEP upgrade, branch bank tenant fit-out of two existing 5 and 6-story contiguous buildings adjacent to Harvard's Coop, and the installation of three new elevators. Situated in the heart of Harvard Square the job site provided a considerable site challenge. Access was limited to the front, the pedestrian Mass Ave sidewalk, and the rear back alley. Throughout the entire project retail banking business continued and the ATM Alley, Fleet's busiest, was kept fully operational. |
