This two-fold project for the May Company of St. Louis, owners of Filene's and Lord & Taylor, included the insertion of a new 20,000 s/f Home Goods Store as well as renovations to the base Filene's Department Store across the Mall's corridor. The renovations to the base store involved a total cosmetic update and an upgrade of all MEP systems. The store remained fully operational during construction.
