This renovation and adaptive re-use in Boston's North End, converted a former high school and annex building into 34 luxury condominium units. The project included structurally carving out 25 new parking spaces in the buildings' basement as well as the construction of a new two story vertical addition. The North End location presented challenges due to restrictive site access requiring ever-vigilant project scheduling.
