| 35 Channel Center is the first building to be completed as part of this exciting project developed by Beacon Capital Partners. Built in the early 1900's, the building has undergone a complete renovation creating 44 residential units, an underground parking garage, and a mix of retail and restaurant space on the first floor. The interior renovation uncovers the building's historic timber structure while incorporating exposed heating and air-conditioning ductwork. Sandblasted, original timber beams and columns were left in their original state in the corridors and the residential units. |
