This new 49,000 s/f mixed-use theater building near Cambridge's Harvard Square was designed by Grassi Design Group of Boston. The building will house a 300-seat black-box theater, associated rehearsal rooms, first class office space and an under-facility parking garage.
The building recieved LEED certification from the USGBC in 2005.
