Old State House
Location: Boston, MA
Architect: Goody Clancy & Associates Inc.
Owner: National Park Service
In concert with the Faneuil Hall project, A.J. Martini, Inc. undertook the historic preservation and restoration of the Old State House. In addition to the preservation work, the scope entailed bringing a new mechanical system into the Old State House building from the 11th floor of an adjacent building. All of the above work was undertaken while the State St. MBTA station located in the basement remained in use, servicing 3,000 commuters on a daily basis.

The Old State House was built in 1713. It stands as one of Boston's oldest surviving public buildings.
