Renovations to this laboratory and its student offices included replacement of the existing HVAC equipment, plumbing, fire protection, electrical equipment, lighting, and lab casework. Exterior windows were replaced and the existing terrazzo flooring refinished. The building remained fully occupied and operational over the course of construction.
