Renovations were planned and executed with primary consideration for the patient rooms within close proximity and the staff. Phase II created four new procedure rooms for outpatient surgery, two of which can accommodate major surgery.
Phase III created 5,300 square feet of new conference rooms and private offices for attending physicians and chiefs as well as an open office plan for support staff and record storage.
The clinical center adjacent to the work area remained fully functional throughout construction.
