In conjunction with the $19M renovation to Memorial Hall, A.J. Martini, Inc., in concert with Bruner/Cott & Associates, constructed a new 9,500 s/f, 2-story kitchen addition. With this work, the building reverted to its original intended use as the school's Freshman Dining Commons. The new kitchen & servery supports this food service and is capable of providing 14,000 meals on a daily basis.
