Tenant build-out of 175,000 square feet of space for Dunkin Brands' corporate headquarters. In addition to office space and conference rooms, the building houses 8,000 square feet of product development laboratories and kitchens where products are created and tested. The corporate headquarters serves as an active center for training of employees and franchise owners requiring the build-out of an 80-person training center room and an adjacent amphitheatre with tiered seating.
