| The two buildings, totalling 143,000 square feet, serve as administrative offices and a?materials testing laboratory for this well-known firm. The tenant interior project?created an "open landscape" office configuration as well as a 6,000 square foot cafeteria and kitchen and a complete corporate library facility. The building is serviced by a 3,000 square foot network data center (NOC) while the lower level, consisting of 38,000 square feet, provides laboratory testing space.? |
