This new 106,000 s/f, three-level, steel and brick spec office building exceeded the client's expectations. Challenged by FM Global to establish a new benchmark in high-tech office space, A.J. Martini, Inc., in concert with ADD Inc, responded with solid innovations in both function and image while delivering this beautiful, cutting-edge building. The building is technically attached to another existing commercial structure with an active building tenant.
