| This extensive project for FM Global (formerly Arkwright Insurance) and IBM included a new 450,000 s/f, five-level, multi-tenanted office building with two 700-car structured parking facilities. The site was divided by wetlands that both the design and construction had to bridge while dealing with complicated regulatory issues. NAIOP, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, awarded this project their Judge's Honor Award, the highest award presented in the nation. |
