The 35,000 square foot renovation at Wellesley College's Severance Hall required the removal and replacement of the building's extensive plumbing system. A total of eleven bathrooms were demolished and renovated while the building's remaining bathrooms, dorm rooms and common spaces were completely upgraded with new fixtures and finishes. The project was successfully completed on a fast-track basis in time for the students return in the fall.
