| A.J. Martini, Inc. successfully completed the renovations and structural rehabilitation to the Nott Memorial. Edward Tuckerman Potter originally completed this stunning 16-sided, 110-foot high domed rotunda building in 1878. Besides the major structural rehabilitation and handicap elevator installation, the restoration included repairs to all major exterior elements, including bluestone and sandstone cladding, repairs to the variegated slate-covered dome, restoration of 288 stained-glass windows, repairs to the building's elaborate encaustic tile floor as well as all new MEP systems. |
