Martini completed an elaborate renovation of the four-story, Liberal Arts building located in the heart of the Durham campus. Work consisted of restoration of the 234-seat Richards Auditorium, a state-of-the-art teaching theatre and multi-media arts center; the Dean's Suite of offices; and, the dramatic, two-level lobby featuring terrazzo flooring, brass railings & ornamental trim. The work was undertaken over the academic year while the campus remained occupied and the University was entirely operational.
