Sensitive to their idyllic campus and surrounding residential neighborhood, Martini successfully completed this 11,000 s/f addition. Working about an occupied campus, the project consisted of new student offices & function space, a dining area, and an out-door terrace. Having demonstrated a strong preconstruction skill set, Martini was selected by the college to work with the other members of the design team in an effort to advance this project.
