The Stetson Hall dormitory on the Northeastern University campus in Boston underwent a 12,500 square foot renovation over a condensed summer schedule. The dormitory's existing cafeteria was completely renovated incorporating a 3,000 square foot addition for increased dining capacity. A new elevator was installed as part of the dining hall renovation and all existing MEP systems were upgraded. In addition, significant site work was required including new walkways.
