This 45-bed dormitory on the third floor of the MATCH School in Boston will provide residential accommodations for the school's tutorial program. The project involved light demolition and infill of the existing space on the building's third floor. In addition, all new mechanical systems were required along with kitchen facilities for the dormitory. This "eight-week wonder" provided a challenging timetable for the project team who completed the project on schedule for the return of students in September.
