Build Massachusetts Performance Award, Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts

This award-winning $19 million project entailed 15,000 s/f of construction including a new 2-story kitchen addition and 85,000 s/f of renovations to Annenberg Hall, Sanders Theater, and the Memorial Transept. The building, listed on the National Register of Historic Landmarks, has reverted to its original intended use as the Freshman Dining & Commons. A new student union space, Loker Commons, was adaptively carved-out of the basement crawl space.
