Martini successfully completed this "90 Day Wonder" renovating the 6 building dormitory complex within a ten week period. At Gropius Hall, the work consisted of extensive ADA and lavatory facility renovations. At North Hall, Martini upgraded the buildings MEP systems. The $7 million contract translated to the contractor placing approximately $700,000 worth of work in place on a weekly basis, and in time for 700 returning law students.
