Working with Linea Five Architects, Martini undertook this "summer slammer" project at Boston College completing the entire Lyons Hall renovation in ten weeks. While still occupied by the College, the building underwent renovations to its 12,000 square feet of office space as well as its MEP systems. The MEP upgrade entailed reworking the buildings mechanical systems running vertically through the building's six stories.
