Industry Resources
The construction industry in New England enjoys the benefit of a wealth of resources including access to some of the more prestigious architectural, technical & research colleges and universities in the world. These schools provide valuable insight into the design and construction of real estate as well as a resource for new talent. In addition to these institutions, the regional industry has cultivated some of the more active, professional and trade associations. For your reference we provide links to several of these trade groups under Industry Associations. Two organizations of major significance:

The Boston Society of Architects (BSA) is the largest chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) with over 2,000 architects and 1,000 affiliate members. Established in 1867, the BSA is committed to excellence in architecture. One recent program undertaken by the BSA was "How We Live", A Civic Initiative for a Livable New England. This program's purpose is to study the effects of urban sprawl. In celebration of our 50th anniversary, Martini was proud to be the primary corporate sponsor.

The Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts (AGC of MA), the local chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America, offers a wide range of programs that educate, train and inform clients and practitioners about trends and technological advances taking place in the built environment. Martini's membership in the association dates back four decades with both our founder, Al "AJ" Martini as well as our current Chairman, Paul Martini having served as its President in 1994 and 1995.
