LEED Accreditation & Experience
A.J. Martini, Inc. endorses the concept of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEEDTM).

We recognize the importance of preserving our resources for future generations. We have taken corporate measures to embrace this concept including LEED training of our personnel, project accreditation, and corporate underwriting. 

            

Martini LEED Committee

Among our many internal committees, the LEED committee remains very active. We have several LEED Accredited Professionals on staff, reaching across all disciplines within the firm, including project management, mechanical coordination and onsite field supervision.

Project LEED Certification
Martini has incorporated sustainable concepts and features on many pf the projects we have completed. Below is a listing, highlighting some of our sustainable projects.

5 Lowell Ave, Winchester, MA
A.J. Martini, Inc.'s 20,000 sf office space was completed in December 2002 and received a Silver Rating under the LEED Green Building Ratings for an Existing Building in 2005.
 

   
Two Arrow Street, Cambridge, MA
This $10 million mixed-use performing arts facility has been designed and was constructed in compliance with specific environmental standards as directed by the U.S. Green Building Council and received LEED certification in August 2005.
MATCH School, Boston, MA
Despite budget limitations, several energy saving components were incorporate into the design and construction. The project was honored with First Place - Solar Electric Building Category at the Northeast Green Building Award 2003 and received the 2002 Preservation Achievement Award from Boston Preservation Alliance.
