The Institutional Division services the building needs of colleges & universities, private secondary schools as well as cultural and religious non-profit concerns in New England.
Our staff understands the demanding cost controls, schedule and phasing skills oftentimes associated with these new and renovation/restoration projects as well as the sensitivity required when working on occupied campuses.
They are familiar with the nature of campus buildings whether academic, athletic, dining or residential and the challenges of religious and cultural buildings.
