Assistant Project Manager A.J. Martini, Inc. is currently requesting resumes from candidates qualified for the position of Assistant Project Manager. The candidate will have 2-5 years experience working for a construction manager or general contractor. The candidate should have four-year degree in construction management, architecture or civil engineering. Field experience is a plus. The APM will report directly to one of our project managers and be responsible for managing project correspondence, assisting PM and field staff in review and approval of submittals, document control, purchase & delivery schedules and subcontractor closeout. This is a tremendous opportunity for a recent graduate to enter into our Project Management Training Resources. LEED AP a plus. Superintendent A.J. Martini, Inc. is currently requesting resumes from candidates qualified for the position of Superintendent. The candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience as a superintendent, preferably with significant experience in the healthcare sector. The candidate must have experience with both new construction and renovation and hold an ABC Boston License. The candidate should have a four year degree in construction management, civil engineering or equivalent field experience. Our superintendents report directly to the Project Manager. They are problem solvers and excellent communicators, have a strong sense of urgency, very organized, able to document changes/requests, have demonstrated ability to effectively execute a safety program, can support Martini's extraordinary expectations for quality, know when to ask for help, able to effectively manage subcontractors and our laborers/carpenters/field engineers to meet project milestones, very computer literate with the ability to create and update construction schedules using Primavera SureTrak.
