Site Utilization Plan
A good strategic Site Utilization Plan developed early in the process contemplates important contractor logistical and tactical site requirements and may include special client considerations and/or concerns as well. A good plan should note, among other things, the following:

Location of trailers - both office and storage

Location of temporary site fencing and gates

Location of temporary utilities

Location of environmental concerns, if any

Location of various hoisting, staging, storing, and parking areas as contemplated and in order to properly execute the work

If necessary, the Site Utilization Plan is also capable of reflecting any sequencing or phasing of the work that may be required to accommodate the owner's needs

Emergency fire apparatus access and egress

A Site Utilization Plan is an informative document useful for addressing public safety and neighborhood concerns while communicating to its readers the various planned activities for the site.
