Site Utilization Plan |
A good strategic Site Utilization Plan developed early in the process contemplates important contractor logistical and tactical site requirements and may include special client considerations and/or concerns as well. A good plan should note, among other things, the following:

Location of trailers - both office and storage |

Location of temporary site fencing and gates |

Location of temporary utilities |

Location of environmental concerns, if any |

Location of various hoisting, staging, storing, and parking areas as contemplated and in order to properly execute the work |

If necessary, the Site Utilization Plan is also capable of reflecting any sequencing or phasing of the work that may be required to accommodate the owner's needs |

Emergency fire apparatus access and egress | A Site Utilization Plan is an informative document useful for addressing public safety and neighborhood concerns while communicating to its readers the various planned activities for the site. |
