A key opportunity for cost containment on almost every project lies in the planning and coordination of the MEP's - the mechanical, electrical and fire protection trades. Traditionally, the HVAC subcontractor led the mechanical coordination process. In an effort to gain control over this critical component of the building process, A.J. Martini has taken MEP coordination in-house. Our in-house mechanical staff coordinates drawings long before the work goes into place, and MEP "as-built" documentation is completed before we obtain the Certificate of Occupancy.
