With a staff of six our estimating department has considerable depth and is devoted solely to the task of conceptual, schematic & design development budgeting as well as final GMP's (Guaranteed Maximum Price) or "Hard Bids". Also, our estimators have more than 3,000 subcontractors in their database qualified for various types and sizes of projects. As part of our total 100%, "open-book" policy, we share with clients any and all pricing including subcontractor proposals. In addition, our value engineering work when performed early in the design process has repeatedly produced results that maximize our client's program while maintaining or improving the construction budget.
