Founded with just two employees in 1950 by Al Martini, the Massachusetts-based company has since expanded under the leadership of his sons, Paul and Peter, to provide construction management expertise in the corporate, institutional and healthcare sectors in New England and Florida.  They ensure that every project is led by a Martini principal, along with a specialized team that includes decades of experience and some of the most trained individuals in the industry.

 Martini's team includes many LEED accredited professionals across a broad range of disciplines.  Sustainability is incorporated on every project, and they are proud to point to its own headquarters as a LEED Silver certified for and existing building.

 Martini is one of only three contractors in the state to achieve OSHA's CHASE Blue Level of Excellence, when the program launched in 2004.  It's OSHA's highest award for safety and we continue to earn that distinction each year.  We are also repeatedly honored by the AGC of America with the National Safety Award for zero lost time, most recently in 2011.
