COMPANY
A Letter from the Chairman
We have provided construction management services in New England for more than sixty years. Over the decades we have stayed ahead of our competition by taking a proactive approach to advances in technology and ever-changing markets.

We think it is important to share with you an exciting change. We are no longer signatory to organized labor agreements.   We are free to seek the best quality subcontractors on a merit basis in both the union and open shop markets. This gives us tremendous flexibility and strengthens our ability to leave ‘no stone unturned’ in our goal to provide the best value for our clients.

How will this affect the way we do business?

It will only be better. All of us in the construction industry have gone through difficult times over the last four years. Commercial construction is off nationally by nearly fifty percent. Owners have a hard time financing projects and making their own business plans work. We understand that they expect the most competitive value if a project is to proceed.

With access to the full range of the labor market we can offer the value that clients require. Our current work includes a slate of very unique and challenging projects and it is noteworthy that all but one includes some organized labor. This approach allows us to be more resilient and responsive to our client’s needs.

We lead the market with our unique approach to mechanical coordination, our commitment to close collaboration with design professionals, leadership in sustainability, and excellence in safety practices.

We continue to grow – we’ve expanded our workforce with ten new employees this year. We continue to be recognized as market leaders for quality and value. And every project will continue to be led by a principal of the firm.

Call me to discuss what we can do for you.
